Talk about crazy good stock up prices! I did a similar deal and ended up with a $7 catalina when I bought two super packs of diapers, used the $4.50 off coupons, the $1 off Huggies Target coupons, Target Cartwheel 5% and ended up paying $28.85 for both boxes. In my deal, I purchased a pack of wipes and used the 50¢ off coupon.
This catalina may print from purchases for other items
Some couponers have said that this deal has worked with wipes purchases and some have said it didn’t work at all. Others have said that this Huggies catalina printed when they purchased other personal care items like Suave bodywash or L’Oreal haircare. I don’t have details on those deals and I am not sure why it’s happening. I would say it’s safer to follow what’s printed on the catalina pictured above. I received it along with a whole bunch of catalina coupons when I did the deal above so I am hoping to get some more super awesome catalina coupons when I go back.
I will be going back to do this deal in the morning and I hope I get my total as low as I have listed in the deal! Keep in mind that YMMV (your mileage may vary) and there may be limited stock on hand since people are already taking advantage of this insanely good deal! It turns through 5/17 so hopefully we will all have a chance to at least get some diapers in this time frame!
Expectant parents and caretakers – Register and STOCK UP!!
If you are an expectant parent, grandparent, family relative or friend then get a jump start on the baby registry by creating one for your loved one at www.target.com. You can then add items to the registry, like the Huggies diapers and wipes, and other items everyone will need for baby (or babies). Be sure to add high value items like strollers, carseats and any baby equipment beyond the first few months of the baby’s life.
If you don’t purchase or receive these items after your due date has passed then Target will send the registrant a 10% off coupon as incentive to help finish up those purchases on the registry. But it has to be for the items left on the registry list so make sure to load up diapers of ALL sizes, Pull-Ups if you plan to stockpile, toddler sized clothing, wipes, bottles, baby food, formula, etc on the registry BEFORE the baby’s due date.
I am not entirely sure if there is a limit to how many of the gift card coupons will print since it’s a registry and I would “assume” that everyone who prints the registry list would be able to get a $10 gift card with $50 purchase during the valid offer/coupon dates. This particular coupon exps on 5/9.
This is a great way for expectant parents and grandparents to get a jump on stocking up for the arrival of new family members. It is my belief that you cannot ever have too many diapers since babies will use them everyday for at least the first two years of their lives. Stocking up on the wipes is a good idea too, if you can find any stock on the shelves. It seems the stores have been wiped out so far, but my local stores re-stock on Thursdays and I will check back then for wipes.
